You've learned a lot so far, like how weight loss happens and how you can change your diet and exercise habits. It can be hard, but this weight loss journey will help you to feel and look better.

After my first week, I was a little sore. Then it went away. I know how hard it is to burn even 25 calories, so I'm not going to waste it by eating bad foods!
Cutting back on how much you eat is key. Read food labels for amounts. There are ways to add up how many calories you're taking in and what your target should be. You can keep notes on all of this in your phone or notebook.
Your body needs to move to stay strong and work better. It even boosts your mood. And, you now know that 150 minutes of exercise per week is needed for all adults. You may be able to do more. Ask your provider.

Be tracking (writing down) your daily calories and physical activity.
