Eat the Rainbow!

It's a good idea to make half your plate fruits and veggies. Try to eat a variety of bright colored fruits and veggies. They are packed with fiber, minerals, and vitamins!

Each color tends to have certain benefits for your body. If you change up the colors you eat, you will get a mix of nutrients that your body needs.
